The processing of your order, the manufacturing of the products and the delivery imply a delay of 10 to 20 working days maximum. We make every effort to receive your order as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of our products.

Cancellation & Returns

Yes, as long as the order has not been given the status “In progress”.

It is possible to cancel the entire order up to 2 days after purchase.

We are more than happy to offer returns if your product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

The packaging must be intact with any labels or stickers (packages opened to look at the product are perfectly acceptable). Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of your order. In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of used products.

With us, you always get free shipping when you buy more than $70. For orders under $70, a shipping charge of $9.37 is added.

If you have not received an order confirmation within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our customer service department and we will help you.
